A good stay for my business trip, so happy I picked this place! 🌟 I reserved a room with a big comfy bed, central heating, a private safe, and a TV with many channels. Everything I needed was right there.

Location was good because it was close to the Vicenza Fair. Staff was friendly.
Very high rates for a very low class hotel.

This was a fairly nice stay on a business trip. The staff was courteous and polite and always helped me. I really enjoyed the room with large bathroom.
Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference, and I was pleased with the various business facilities available. The property had 12 meeting rooms and a congress center, which were convenient for our event. The Swisscom business center provided internet access and allowed me to work with Microsoft Office and print documents. The location was also ideal for attending exhibitions in Vicenza, as the hotel was next to the pavilions.
The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of room service. It would have been helpful to have meals available in the hotel, so I could avoid the hassle of going into town for food during my work commitments.

Paola at reception was extremely helpful - thank you
the hotel needs to be updated with furnishings & services available; there is no chance of a simple meal at lunchtime

The "indoor restaurant" at the hotel was a delightful surprise. I felt like a knight challenging my taste buds to a duel with the delicious Italian and international dishes. The half-board option was a great value for money, just like finding a hidden treasure!
The price was a bit steep for the basic room.

Nothing. That hotel should be 4 stars, but it was 2 stars maximum. The pictures on the internet are not realistic. I booked "comfort" room and I was surprised unpleasantly.
The hotel is situated in middle of industry zone, in former warehouse (storage shed) probably. There is not restaurant in the evening - only 5 frozen meal, very poor breakfast. I booked non-smoking room and I got smoking room (or non-smoking but smelly). Because of that I leave earlier.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session as it provides buffets, banquets, or cocktails which are often required to accompany conventions being held in the adjacent halls. The property also offers many business facilities, including 12 meeting rooms and a congress center. The Swisscom business center allows guests to surf the web via ADSL, work with Microsoft Office XP, and print documents.
I missed having a dedicated business center where I could easily access computer facilities and services for my work needs.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near the Fiera Vicenza's Hit Show. The room was very comfortable, clean, the breakfast very tasty and a lot of variaty to offer. Not in city center but just a few minutes by car.
The breakfast could have some fresh fruits.
